How does the refund policy work?

Email Checker AI offers a refund policy designed to be clear, fair, and easy to understand. Refunds are only available within 14 days of your original payment. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will generally not be eligible for a refund unless your account has been terminated by us outside of abuse cases.

Eligibility for a refund also depends on how much of your plan you have used. To qualify, you must have used less than 10% of your plan’s allocated quota. This condition ensures that refunds are given for genuine cases where the service has not been meaningfully used. If you have consumed a significant portion of your subscription, the policy does not allow for refunds, as resources have already been utilized on your behalf.

When a refund is approved, it is processed using Stripe, our secure payment processor. Once we issue the refund and provide you with a receipt, it typically takes between five and ten business days for the funds to appear back in your account or card. Delays at this stage are not under our control, as the settlement process is the responsibility of Stripe and your bank.

In cases where Email Checker AI decides to block or terminate an account that has not engaged in abusive or fraudulent behavior, we will issue a refund regardless of when the payment was made. This ensures fairness in situations where access is revoked for reasons outside of the user’s control.

The refund process is straightforward. You submit a request to our support team at [email protected], including your account details and reason for the request. We review all requests within three business days and confirm eligibility. If approved, the refund is issued promptly, and you are provided with confirmation.

Abuse of the refund system, such as repeated refund requests or fraudulent claims, may result in your account being suspended and no further refunds being offered. This is to protect the integrity of the policy and ensure it remains available for genuine cases.

The refund policy exists to provide transparency and peace of mind. It ensures that if you subscribe to a paid plan and quickly realize it is not the right fit for you, you can request your money back as long as you fall within the time and usage limits. At the same time, it protects against exploitation by limiting refunds when significant usage has already occurred.
