How do payments and subscriptions work?

Instead, Stripe handles all sensitive payment information and provides us with a secure token that allows billing without exposing your details. This ensures that your transactions are safe and compliant with international standards.

Subscriptions are billed in cycles, usually monthly or yearly depending on your plan. At the start of each billing cycle, the payment is automatically charged to the card or payment method you provided. If you need to change your payment method, you can update it in your account settings at any time.

Renewals happen automatically to ensure uninterrupted service. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for the next cycle. This gives you full control and avoids unexpected charges.

Occasionally, we may update our pricing or adjust the features available under different plans. If we do, we always notify users in advance, and any changes will not affect your current billing period. You will have the option to accept the new terms or downgrade to the free plan.
