How do I request a refund?
Step-by-step process for submitting a refund request

Requesting a refund from Email Checker AI is a straightforward process, but there are important rules and timelines that must be followed. Refunds are only possible if they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Refund Policy. This means you must request the refund within 14 days of your payment, and you must have used less than 10% of the plan’s quota. If these two conditions are met, you are eligible to request a refund. Additionally, if your account was blocked by us for reasons unrelated to abuse, you are also eligible regardless of when you purchased your plan.
To start the process, you must contact our support team at [email protected]. Your request should include the following details:
The email address associated with your account.
The date and amount of the payment you want refunded.
The payment method you used (for example, credit card).
A clear explanation of why you are requesting the refund (for example, “I only used 2% of my plan and want to cancel within 14 days”).
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within three business days. If the request meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve it and initiate the refund through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Stripe will issue you a refund receipt immediately. However, it usually takes five to ten business days for the money to appear back in your account or on your card. At this stage, the responsibility shifts to Stripe and your bank. We have no control over their processing times, so please allow for these delays before contacting support again.
In cases where your card has expired or the original payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative refund method. If no alternative is possible, we may offer account credits, though this is rare.
If your request is denied because it does not meet the criteria — for example, if you request a refund after 30 days or after using 80% of your plan — our team will provide an explanation. Refund denials are final unless there is an error in the information provided.
By following this step-by-step process, you can ensure your request is handled quickly and smoothly.
